Kuching Kami Datang!!

This is another way3x passed holiday. We went to Kuching from 30 Jan 14 - 2 Feb 14. Who were we?

Naik AirAsia je sbb tu je yang mampu. Makan 2k+ gak tapi nak jalan punya pasal pejam mata jelah. Pukul 4pg lagi dah bangun, kejut anak2 n bersiap.

The journey took us about 2 hours. Once landed, an Avanza was already waiting to pick us up. We rented the car through a person I contacted via FB. The car was good (brand new), but it was pricy, and the person.. well... I won't recommend him to others.

We checked in at Citadines Upland Hotel, Kuching. I booked it through Agoda. It's a 3 star hotel located far from the city center. But the facilities and staffs were superb!

We took the 1 bedroom premier room while Atok, Nenda and Uncle Izzad took the 2 bedroom executive room. Rooms were comfortable and complete with everything you need, including pots and pans for simple cooking.

Impressive gym yang kitorang buat macam rumah sendiri. Anak2 bergolek2 on the floor sesuka hati sbb sangat spacious and clean

And yang paling2x best about this hotel is ada washing machine + dryer. With two tokens (cost us RM6 each), masalah baju tak cukup takdelah. The laundrette area is by the pool. Jadi sementara tunggu baju siap basuh and kering, dapatlah berjimba2 kat pool.

The activities that we did in Kuching? Practically eating and nothing else. Aira was down with fever. Atok pulak kene sinus attack yang teruk. Anyway, we did drove around Kuching and got lost so many times due to the very insufficient road sign. 

The places that we went:

Restoran Sambal. Cheesy pisang goreng and sup tulang dia marvellous!

Kopi O Corner. Lots of people. Variety of food.

Kedai Kek Lapis Dayang Salhah. Rambang mata!!

Kubah Ria. It's a dry and wet market. Banyak juga jual souvenier.

The food that we ate:

Kesimpulannya:

Interesting places to visit in Kuching kene pergi time anak2 dah besar sikit. So, kene datang lagi one fine day. Seronok bawa anak2 naik aeroplane. Yang tak seronok, time Nisa terjerit2 mengamuk dalam plane. Other than that, it was fun!
